99 Restaurants

Food was good and it came out quick. Sweet potato fries were tasty. Service was friendly. This chain is a New England staple!

I've always had an opinion about the 99 Restaurant. I haven't gone in so many years but I always put them in the "Piccadilly Pub, Ground Round" category. We'll my wife and I went to this restaurant in Westerly today for lunch, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Either they've changed over the years or my opinion was wrong? We were greeted and sat instantly. Our waitress/server was friendly and personable. She asked if we would like drinks first which we did order. She arrived shortly with our drinks and asked us if we were ready to order. We asked her how the sweet potato waffle fries were and she said she absolutely loved them. That was good enough for us. I ordered a Chicken Parm sub and my wife ordered a BLT, both with the waffle fries. The food arrived a short time later very hot and very very good. The waffle fries were totally awesome! My sub roll had crispy edges which was a nice touch with melted cheese over the chicken. My wife asked for the bacon well done and that's exactly how it came. That alone is rare, you know, getting exactly what you ordered and have it come out awesome. Kind of makes our time together so much better. I'm 60 years old and have eaten all over the world and I can safely say, it's rare to get a great meal, and great service, all at a great price. My opinion was changed today and I will be back! I did get the servers name (Natasha) although she was new, she did her job well, and very down to earth. (Even made us jokingly laugh). We've lived here locally for 11 years and this was our fist time here. Looking forward to the next visit, Good job to all!!!

Good service and basically unremarkable pub/American diner-type cuisine. I had a beer and a pretty decent chicken salad. The waitress brought me some popcorn as well.

We had a great time. Plus it gets 5 stars not only for it's service which was really awesome Tonight but for dessert nearby. The younger man sitting us really was through. Not just sitting us but explaining all the specials,new items on the menu,the soup for the night. Introducing our waitress Gabriella. She definitely was great. In the bar,catered to us,made sure we were happy. Really wish it's always like this but wow phenomenal tonight. We were hungry and they promptly served us. Meal was great. Some new items. Plus it's a bonus Coldstone is nearby for dessert. That makes this place 5 stars to me

WOW, WOW, WOW! You must go try this 99 Location if you are in the area. Incredible food, and even more incredible service. Stephanie was so kind and fun. She made our entire experience perfect! We all left with smiles and full bellys! The food was delicious and perfectly portioned! You get what you paid for and everything was very well made. We will return again! Overall Rating: 11/10 P.S Stephanie, our server, is outstanding!!!

The service at 99 restaurant is always great, and the booth seating is always comfortable. The food is just ok. (3 stars) Update: I recently returned to 99 and they were kind enough to make a custom special order of a frozen pineapple lemonade. It was delicious! I also had the pretzel bites, and they were really good. (4 stars)

This place is spectacular. Speedy service, quality food, and the servers are absolutely amazing..they all go above and beyond. Not to mention its very affordable for a sit down restaurant.

We love 99 restaurant and the service at this one was just how we would like friendly and attentive yet the menu just seems to be lacking. There just wasn't anything I was in the mood for. My husband's shrimp add scallops were delicious but there needs to be more of a menu choice.
